At Logo Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your team gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that customized or game-worn products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your sports gear in its original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
